Returns
If you purchased an item online, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition
- You must notify us within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
You may choose:
- A full refund
- A replacement
We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs for these items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

- Custom-made or personalized items

Consumable & Hygiene Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, consumable products and hygiene-related items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once opened, used, or unsealed, unless the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal care products
- Hygiene products
- Consumable supplements or edible items
- Any item intended for intimate or sanitary use

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the outcome
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
